1、INA軸承型號的選擇:軸承型號一般是由用戶的技術人員根據配套產品的使用條件及承受負荷對軸承進行選擇。業務人員主要了解用戶的實際負荷是否與所選軸承相符合,如果INA軸承達不到使用要求,應盡快建議客戶改選型號,但除非特殊產品在選擇型號上一般不會有什么問題。
1. INA Bearing Model Selection: Bearing model is generally selected by the technical personnel of the user according to the use of supporting products and bearing load. Business personnel mainly know whether the actual load of the user and the selected bearing, if the INA bearing can not meet the use requirements, should be recommended as soon as possible to change the customer model, but unless special products in the selection of model generally will not have any problems.
2、INA軸承游隙的選擇:用戶在購買INA軸承時一般只會告知在什么型號、等級,很少會對軸承的游隙提出要求,業務人員必須問清軸承的使用條件、其中軸承的轉速、溫度、配合公差都直接關系到INA軸承游隙的選擇。一般在3500轉/分以下轉速的電機大多采用CM游隙,如高溫高速電機則要求采用相對較大的游隙。INA軸承游隙在裝配后會因為內孔的漲大及外圓的縮小而導致減少,游隙的減少量=過盈量×60%(軸承室是鋁的除外)。比如INA軸承裝配前游隙是0.01mm,裝配時過盈量為0.01mm,則INA軸承裝配后的游隙為0.004mm。在理論上INA軸承在零游隙時噪音和壽命都達到佳的狀態,但在實際運轉中考慮到溫升等問題,INA軸承在裝配后游隙為0.002mm-0.004mm較好。
2. INA Bearing Clearance Selection: Users in the purchase of INA bearings will generally only tell what type, grade, very few of the bearing clearance requirements, business personnel must ask about the use of bearings, bearing speed, temperature, fit tolerance are directly related to the selection of INA bearing clearance. CM clearance is usually used for motors with rotational speeds below 3500 rpm. For high-temperature and high-speed motors, relatively large clearance is required. The clearance of INA bearing will be reduced after assembly because of the expansion of the inner hole and the reduction of the outer circle. The reduction of clearance is equal to the interference *60% (except that the bearing chamber is aluminum). For example, if the clearance of INA bearing before assembly is 0.01 mm, and the interference is 0.01 mm, the clearance of INA bearing after assembly is 0.004 mm. In theory, the noise and life of INA bearings reach the best state at zero clearance, but in actual operation, the clearance of INA bearings is 0.002mm-0.004mm after assembly.
3、油脂的選擇:油脂的選擇一般是根據INA軸承的轉速、耐溫情況、噪音要求及起動力矩等方面進行選擇,要求業務人員對各種油脂的性能很了解。

4、INA軸承密封型式的選擇:軸承的潤滑可分為油潤滑和脂潤滑。油潤滑軸承一般是選用形式軸承,脂潤滑軸承一般選用防塵蓋或橡膠密封件密封。防塵蓋適用于高溫或使用環境好的部位,密封件分接觸式密封和非接觸式密封兩種,接觸式密封防塵性能好但起動力矩大,非接式密封起動力矩小,但密封性能沒有接觸式好。
