軸承的安裝方法,因軸承結構、配合等條件而異。一般而言,由于多為軸旋轉,所以內圈需要過盈配合。圓柱孔軸承,多用壓力機壓入,或多用熱裝方法。錐孔的場合,直接安裝在錐度軸上,或用套筒安裝。

(a)不將軸承加熱至120℃以上;

2、錐孔軸承的安裝(Installation of tapered bore bearings)
錐孔軸承是直接將內圈固定于錐形軸,或者用緊定套、拆卸套筒安裝到圓柱軸上。大型調心軸承多用油壓安裝。

3、運轉檢查(Operation check)
軸承安裝結束后,為了檢查安裝是否正確,要進行運轉檢查,小型機械可以用手旋轉確認是否旋轉順利。檢查項目有因異物、傷疤、壓痕而造成的運轉不暢、因安裝不良,安裝座加工不良而產生的旋轉扭矩不均、由游隙過小、安裝誤差密封摩擦而引起的扭矩大等等。如無異常則可以開始動力運轉。

1、滾動軸承的裝配(Assembly of rolling bearings)
(1)軸承裝配前,軸承位不得有任何的污質存在。

(2)軸承裝配時應在配合件表面涂一層潤滑油,軸承無型號的一端應朝里,即靠軸肩方向。

(8)對采用潤滑脂的軸承及與之相配合的表面,裝配后應注入適量的潤滑脂。對于工作溫度不超過65℃的軸承,可按GB491-65《鈣基潤滑脂》采用ZG-5潤滑脂;對于工作溫度高于65℃的軸承,可按GB492-77《鈣基潤滑脂》采用ZN-2ZN-3潤滑脂。
(8)For the bearing and the surface matched with the grease, the appropriate amount of grease should be injected after assembly. ZG-5 grease can be used for bearings with working temperature not exceeding 65 C according to GB491-65 Calcium-based grease; ZN-2ZN-3 grease can be used for bearings with working temperature higher than 65 C according to GB492-77 Calcium-based grease.
(9)普通軸承在正常工作時溫升不應超過35℃,工作時的最高溫度不應超過70℃。

2、直線軸承的裝配(Assembly of linear bearings)
(1)組裝前,軸承內部應涂抹潤滑脂。

(2)軸承壓入支承座時,應采用專用安裝工具壓靠外圈端面,不允許直接敲打軸承,以免變形。

(1)導軌安裝部位不得有污質,安裝面平整度必須達到要求。

(2)導軌側面有基準邊時,應緊貼基準邊安裝,無基準邊時,應保證導軌的滑動方向與設計要求一致,導軌固定螺絲擰緊后,應檢查滑塊的滑動方向是否有偏差,否則必須調整。
